The term neurodiversity refers to me as diversity of all individuals, I am passionate about working with adults with Autism and ADHD. I have both personal and professional experience. Issues such as anxiety, masking, internal motor movements. overwhelm, impulsivity and low self-esteem, are a few of the areas I feel need understanding and compassion.
